• Live Solos UK acts as an intermediary between musicians (artist/service providers) and venues requiring musicians (Live Solos UK clients/service receivers). As an intermediary we process payments between artist and venue. All artists are self-employed.

  • Bookings are accepted verbally by phone and by email. We will ask you to confirm bookings by email or SMS message. All these forms of communication are taken as binding agreements for artists to perform and for Live Solos UK to act as intermediaries.

  • Invoicing and payments: Invoices are payable on presentation. We ask that you respect the artists who entertain you and pay invoices promptly. Any credit card payments will be charged at £5.00 per admin fee per invoice. • Performance expectations: Live Solos UK works with talented and experienced musicians. All endeavours are taken in discussions with the client (venue/host) to meet their (the client’s) musical requirements. Any performances not in line with expectations should be halted immediately and Live Solos UK informed thus by phone or email. All bookings undertaken will be invoiced by Live Solos UK and are due on presentation of same. Disputes should be notified in writing (by email) within 6 hours of performance.
